I agreed for pimco to install some steps at my home but I overlooked signing the contract and paying the deposit , my mind was distracted because I needed a new wider Front door fitting to enable a wheelchair before the steps were installed .I phoned pimco on the Wednesday before the installation date and was told the job was cancelled because I didn’t sign the paperwork . When I realised my mistake I apologised and signed and payed the deposit the same day . On Thursday I received 2 text messages asking to arrange a date for them to look at the house on Tuesday or Thursday the following week but I couldn’t attend because I needed to give my work more notice to have time off . Friday I phoned pimco 3 times to explain this but no one answered so I left a message for someone to phone me back but by 5.00 pm no one did .I emailed Keith cancelling the work because I didn’t feel comfortable because of the lack of customer service.
