Had Indian Stone replace a 30m2 area in our back garden. Reece and the other guys did a good job. Fence done, membrane and slates put down. Though I would not use them again due to the following reasons: 1. keith became rude to us after the power cord we left out broke. Me and my husband were at work when they were there, so no one could answer or open the garage door. Started blaming us that we were delaying all other jobs. 2. The week after the power incident, we made sure one of us was always at home so no more problems would occur. When we emailed them if they were not turning up again the next day, keith started blaming us that it was not their problem that they did not turn up today and that because of the power incident, we delayed them with other jobs. Never told us what days they were actually coming. 3. When they were almost completing the job, Keith added an additional cost which was not discussed beforehand. But we just paid it because we had enough arguing already.

Excellent. SCD completed a very difficult new driveway including taking up and relaying block paving to the rear of the property including taking down and rebuilding garden wall. The access was confined and placed severe restraints on how the project could be undertaken. This was significant remedial works to a terraced (5 level) front garden, taking up/relaying and pointing crazy paving AND repointing brickwork borders. Notably a number of trades people turned away from the job JMS not only took on the project but explained the full content of the job, what was involved and how they would proceed, giving clear time schedules but also confirming how they would work which included being very clean both during and at the end of each day. Through the process they also made us some small savings on material costs The team were polite, worked hard and completed a very satisfactory job which many others turned down, probably because it was too hard We confidently recommend these tradesman for all related business works. Excellent service throughout and very pleased with the completed works. Initial visit to review scale of works and costs was very thorough and helpful, and quote provided within the week. The landscaping works was completed within the expected time frame and any queries or minor adjustments we needed making the team were only too happy to oblige. Blake and his team did a great job on our job which involved several different elements. The team are multi skilled and tackled all aspects of what we needed doing. We had a large patio and side alley paved in Indian stone, a sturdy side alley canopy with gates was installed and they also built a large flat pack gazebo for us. All the work was carried out with care and the minimum of disruption. They communicated well throughout to ensure everything was completed as we wanted. The quote was very competitive and we’d definitely have the team back in the future.
