3 months after originally booking the job and it still isn’t done. I had trouble with a neighbour getting a mutual agreement on the wall in the first month. After that I Sent message after message and multiple calls being ignored and eventually cancelled the job leaving a neutral review. Ben instantly gets in touch, I contact mybuilder to take the review down, to then give a false promise of an eventual end date and back to sending multiple messages and missed calls. Roland was kind enough to finish a brick wall for us as two cowboys had started and not completed due to doing a runner. Roland had completed the work on the brick wall, his standard of work is very high and so is his work ethic's. we are very,very happy with how he has finished the wall off. Roland is also a very friendly person and went through all of what he needed to do for us and completley honest about what was needed to do, the work we asked him to finish,he is a very hard worker and pleasent to have around.we would highly recommend Roland to anyone in fact he is going to lay slabs for us now that the wall has been completed. Any future work we wan't doing he will be our first point of call. The lads were superb. They were professional and knowledgable about the job which needed doing. They turned up on time and sorted everything from skip hire to sourcing a new gate. They were clean and tidy on what was a messy job in tearing down part of a brick wall and installing a gate. We would highly recommend them for any work you need doing.
