It pains me to leave such a review but companies need to do better, and it starts with treating people better. Brielfy, had a Glo Worm boiler installed in same location as old boiler at £3000 cash; in hindsight I now realise this was too expensive but I will take responsibility for not carrying out due diligence. Several issues with installation - Hive was incorrectly wired up (neutral to live live to neutral - not a minor fault!). Flue was loose and not secured and fan boiler fan was replaces by a Glo Worm engineer after being told all was ok with it. I was quoted a few hundred quid cheaper for a more expensive Worcester boiler, which, again, in hindsight.... this was a red flag. Finally, we planned to fit 4 radiators and TRVs - I was given a days notice (a Sunday) despite a previous message stating I won't be available. Last comms was asking if they can look at alternative dates.... nothing. Ignored.
