I needed some stones removing and bagging from a rear garden. Jamie and Dax came over in the evening to size everything up and quote. The quote was a fair price and accepted. They came back the next day at the arranged time and did the work leaving the rear garden cleared and tidy with the bags stacked where I had asked. Totally unreliable and useless. Made first appointment and failed to appear at job site. Luigi was phoned to check on his whereabouts , his excuse was that he had forgotten all about the job in question. Made second appointment to come and do the job in question exactly the same thing happened again, no show. When contacted he admitted that he had completely forgotten once again. J + L proved themselves to be unreliable and completely untrustworthy. Needless to say they were not given a third chance to let me down. I rate them as 0 out of 10.
