Honest review. Alex was brilliant initially, he came over promptly, looked at the repair & filled me with confidence that they were the people for the job. I received a quote via email first thing the following morning from Jordan for cash which I accepted, he said he'd be in touch before the end of the day with a date. I didnt hear back so touched base lunch time the day after asking if he had a rough date. Jordan responded saying he would keep me informed as much as possible & to leave it with him. A few more days went by & I still hadn't heard anything, so I sent a follow up email asking again if he had a date but also double checking they were still able to carry out the work so I could arrange otherwise if they couldn't, again no response. I tried to check in with Alex via mybuilder but again, no response. Very poor follow up which has delayed my bedroom renovation by 2 weeks. If you can't do the work just say rather than ignore your clients. Contacted Sam earlier this year to quote for a new wooden front door and frame with side light. Sam was really helpful from the start and listened to our requirements for the door and frame and gave detailed quotes for the work that would be carried out. On fitting the frame and door the work was completed quickly and with precision and care. The end result is a beautifully fitted wooden front door and frame that complements the house. Sam was really easy to work with, understood the brief and the end result really shows this.
