They did an excellent job of fitting our extractor fan on a slanted ceiling and venting it out of the roof. However...after coming out to see the job they originally quoted £480 (similar to another quote we had) but when it was done sent us a bill for £990 because it took longer than anticipated (more than double!!!). We contested it and got it it down to £850. We also waited quite a long time for them to get all the right people in at the same time, but it was a complicated job. We're happy with how the extractor has been fitted, it looks great, but it retrospect probably we should have gone with the other quote! Chris did an excellent job. He is multi-skilled, meticulous, quick and great at problem solving. Thanks to him, my kitchen, utility room and skirting look wonderful.
