Brilliant and professional work carried out from start to finish – I am more than happy with the work, and so was my Dad who is usually hard to impress. Savvi and his team worked incredible hard and to one of the highest standards I have seen in a long while – even tidied up after themselves at every stage. Savvi’s quote for the front and back garden fences to be replaced was spot on and no hidden charges – and they even treated the wood for me and took away the old fence. So pleased with my new front and back garden fence that I have already recommended Savvi and is team to my family and friends. Feeling blessed to have found a good team - will definitely keep them in mine should I have any other work in the pipeline.

Kevin arrived promptly, carried out work of adding waste pipe to sewer drain. Very neat and tidy, quick and professional. Extremely polite and a pleasure to converse with. Impressed by workmanship and explanation of job progress, rectified small problem with limescale build-up in sewer drain, that was restricting the efficient flow through at no extra charge. Would defiantly recommend and would have no hesitation in using again.

Matthew agreed a contract with us to work on the rear part of our garden. He worked from 8.30 till 1pm, then walked off the job without a word, and has not replied to emails or text messages since disappearing. We paid a deposit for materials, and our requests for a fair settlement have been ignored. We asked Matthew to dig a trench for an electric armoured cable and he was told at the outset it needed to be 30cm deep to meet regulations. He dug the trench to 20cm and took no notice when asked to make it deeper. His attitude was un-cooperative. Another part of the job was to lay a path around a greenhouse and he produced flimsy weed control fabric used in horticultural planting not something strong enough to lay under paths. When told this was inadequate for the job he replied that it was what he always used. I supplied him with my own driveway grade membrane. Matthew Creese was ill equipped for the job he agreed to do, did not stick to the specification agreed, argued when this was pointed out to him, and has not discussed a proper settlement with us. We strongly advise no-one to pay him a deposit. I will be taking legal action against him.

My roof was leaking and my fascia and cast iron guttering was rotting away and leaking through the gutter joints . Samuel came to price up the job 28th October and upon the price ( which I was very pleased with ) he agreed to come and proceed with the work on the 3rd November. Samuel came to my property as agreed to carry out works, I was very pleased with the works undertaken which resolved my issues, he was very polite and efficient what he done . Would highly recommend and will be using again if need be in the future .

So in the end the job description changed but billy did a great job sorting out the door frame and fixing some floor boards. Currently awaiting his quote for the airing cupboard but billy is polite and helpful and we would be happy to hire again in the future if required.

Luke was friendly and professional. He took on a job that most plasterers aren't keen on, as it was a stairwell. He was accommodating when I had to change his start time. He talked through everything the job entailed and explained why there could be a change in price. I had already been advised in other quotes that it could be a much bigger job than just a repair; Luke still had the most reasonable quote. He had to work an extra day because of complications caused by a previous tradesman, but always had a positive attitude. He showed me what needed to be done and explained why before adjusting the quote and going ahead. He was punctual, clean and tidy, and finished the work to a good standard. I would recommend him.
