Clear communication, job done as agreed, professional and to agreed price. Patrick and his colleague did what a clean job, pipes laid for underfloor heating, pressure tested and finished with liquid screed.

Amrit came to see job/quote. Quote was high but Amrit was experienced, polite & communicated well. Then his partner Louis came to see job again & took over. Amrit went. Louis is a master of his trade so his worker kept telling me. I have yet to see him start ANY work. Sadly, he has no people skills, no respect for others or their time. WE ARE ALL BUSY LOUIS On 3 separate occasions we'd book mutually convenient dates for him to come, but he'd never turn up - worst still he'd not even call/text! I'd just sit around waiting all day. Once a worker turned up after 1 whole week! Last time he called, he informed me of days he was available to start work, I decided to give him benefit of the doubt. To work around HIM, I even booked 3 days work leave, thinking at least work would be done - but again no show & again there was no contact or reply to my messages. I can't tell you how low I felt that day - that people think its okay to treat others this way. Life is hard enough for a single mum, having to work and bring up 4 kids on her own. Following morning he text to say that he'd come 4pm that afternoon to VIEW job! - not to start it! What a cheek, he knew I'd booked 3 days leave for work to be carried out! I was so low the day before that I'd gone into work just to take my mind off him. Want nothing to do with this man and i would recommend everyone else to steer clear of him too. He is selfish, rude, unreliable, untrustworthy person, without a conscience. Sorry its sad but a truth.

Tomas fitted a door frame and door to a lean-to building. He was professional, friendly and communicated well. He did a fantastic job and recommended that I finished the painting before he sealed the windows. He came back and completed the job in a timely manner. He is highly skilled and precise in his work, with attention to detail. I am really happy with the job and would use him again.

Avoid at all costs!!!!!!! Absolutely awful job. Now have to get someone else in to make right what he has done. Walls uneven, chunks of plaster all over the place. Different thickness. Holes and gaps all over the place. What was a simple skim and plaster now involves stripping back to brick and having platerboard put on before skimming costing twice as much as original job. I am happy to be contacted by anyone wanting to see photos of exactly how bad his work is. I am also putting his details out there on other tradesman sites so that people know to avoid and hopefully don't get caught out

Maciej was very responsive to my messages, punctual and did a fantastic job to my room which I am about to decorate it as my office. He removed the wallpapers around the walls, he filled in gaps and bumps so he managed to make them all smooth and nice and then painted the room to a high standard. His price was fair and as a person was very professional and polite. I recommend him and we will use his services again in the future.

Lewis did several joinery projects for me over a period of 18 months, the last of which was glazing two irregular shaped windows in an internal tongue and groove wall at the top of the stairs into a large attic room. Lewis had designed and built the tongue and groove wall which included a door and these two windows. His work is precise and accurate - it is a beautiful piece of work. The other jobs Lewis did for me included building several sets of wall shelves, repairing existing and installed new wooden architrave around all of the house windows, completing an unfinished installation of engineered wooden flooring, preparing old floor boards for sanding, removing and rehanging internal doors, installing garden fencing, installing new wooden kitchen worktop. Lewis has a very professional approach to his work and he was very reliable and trustworthy. I would happily ask Lewis to do more work for me.
