Mark explained every issue that was idenitifed (multiple) and how much to repair, the workers he used were polite, hard working and even picked up their cigarette butts. Fantastic experience with the team who came out to look at fascias that had come adrift from the roof. Very friendly and honest team, assessed issue and advised it could be fixed immediately with no charge. Something another roofing specialist advised would be a £500+ job. C Dixon roofing covered the old sofit and fascia and replaced the guttering. The guttering however leaked from day one, after many requests for him to come and resolve the problem and 3 months later the guttering is still leaking. It's a shame you can't post photos with this feedback as Michael and Craig did a lovely job with my cladding and roofing, and the front of the house now looks great! They also graciously accommodated a few twists and turns with the original plans for the guttering, downpipes and butt. (It turned out that my butt was too big for the front of the house, and so is now comfortably accommmodated at the rear instead!)
