However, the confidence we had in Richard, plus the assurance of a problem free completion of the job was worth paying the extra. We also ended up asking Richard to paint and repair our exterior wood cladding, which He quoted and recommended Barn Black. We trusted Richard's recommendation and we are very happy with the end result. Sometimes things don't go to plan, and Richard kept us updated throughout the process. He was courteous and prompt from the very start. Contacted me within a few hours of job posting, was able to identify the scope of the job from our discussion and the photos I shared, gave me a reasonable quote and a date when he could do the job. Excellent communication throughout. He showed up on time, finished the job within a day and also fixed my entrance slabs without charging extra. Really happy with the overall experience. Get in touchLet me just start by saying, if I ever need a roofer again, I will contact Will directly. What we thought was a gutter needing cleaning turned out to be a bit more involved. It is an old house and once Will had taken pictures of the empty gutter to show that the gutter wasn't the problem and explained what needed doing we went ahead. Will completed the work yesterday and although most of it I can't see as it is under the roof tiles I have total confidence that he has done a good job.
