Taylor came round to see the work that needed undertaking. As with most jobs it ended up being more than first expected but he was brilliant and went over and above what I expected. He took photos as he went and kept in touch with me whenever needed whilst I was at work. He's friendly, chatty and made us feel at ease throughout. The finished work was completed to a very high standard and I'd highly recommend him. The job was replacing sewer pipes under our downstairs bathroom. Never saw Daniel himself but I'm sorry to say my experience was very negative. Poor communication, expensive, late, mistakes, mess. Fantastic work on the re rendereing of the back of our terraced house. Really happy with it, and I am a perfectionist. Michael was very professional and has been doing rendering for many years so knows his stuff. He and his team were polite, reliable and tidy. Highly recommended. Reasonable quote, paid in stages, and communicated the process clearly. Assessed the job before starting so we were clear on the process and organised the scaffolding as well which was helpful.
