Simon was initially polite and communicative, and his team worked hard. However, the final quality was unacceptable. Multiple slabs were wobbling, several were poorly cut (one even had a visible cut line), and many sections were not level. Most shockingly, the grouting was missing across sections of patio. When I refused final payment until these issues were fixed, Simon’s tone changed completely. He returned to address the snags but offered mostly excuses; only two minor issues were resolved before he left. Ultimately, I had to deduct the cost of repairs from the final bill to fix the work myself. I have the necessary equipment, but I shouldn't have had to use it. I see many positive reviews here, so perhaps I was sent the "B-team," but based on this experience, I cannot recommend them. Check your slabs and levels carefully if you hire this firm.

Josh is a friendly guy and overall got the work done, but there were a few issues that I think it is important to highlight. - It took 6 days rather than the 3-4 estimated. Given that he was on a day rate, we agreed a reduced rate for the final two days. - Some of the work that I thought would be included wasn’t 100% complete. I could give the benefit of the doubt on this as it may have not been clear, but closing all pipe clips and tidying up afterwards would have been a good way to finish the job. - I had to reroute some of the pipework under the bath as it was in the way of the bath. I had purposely ensured the final bathroom fixings were on site to avoid this kind of error. - The soil pipe in the en-suite needed adjusting to ensure a correct fall and properly fixing in place. It was dipping at one of the fixings which could have caused blockage problems later on. The bulk of the work was completed to a decent standard, but I still needed to spend a day fixing above details.

Keno is excellent - very professional, polite and multi-talented. He replaced a toilet and fitted a shower mixer in our bathroom, as well as fitting a shower screen and sanding/painting in the bathroom. He also fitted a 5-in-1 kitchen tap which included a boiler, chiller and CO2 cylinder. He did several odd jobs in addition, like sanding and varnishing our kitchen surface and putting up coat hooks. Every job was done efficiently, without fuss, and to a very high standard. He was very responsive to the job request (responding within a day or two, and starting work a couple of days later). He also honoured his original quote, which was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb work from Carlos. He was punctual, polite tidied up after himself and did exactly what I wanted him to do to a very high standard. He replaced my dripping shower and refurbished my entire shower cubicle exactly how I had envisaged it without overruling or reinterpreting my design and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. It’s perfection! He provided a quote before he began the work and stuck to it which was excellent value for money. He kindly fixed other things for me along the way and discussed further work in a very amicable manner. I will definitely be enlisting the help of Carlos and his equally helpful and polite team again!

Michal carried out decorating at an office premises in Oxford. This was mainly remedial work where areas had been damaged, patches needed covering or damp issues had been dealt with. There were also some larger areas including full walls and washrooms. Michael attended promptly to quote and was very thorough, asking for clarification where needed and also offering helpful advice. He and his colleague attended as arranged to do the work which was all done to a high standard. He kept us informed all the way along and kept to his quote. Happy to recommend.
