Rick was a pleasant person who did what he said he would do so you knew what to expect before the job was started. He was punctual in his time keeping. The job was done to a standard I accepted. He broke his estimate down so you knew where your money was being used. Overall a great bloke , good worker, job finished to a high standard. We are using him for other work that’s needed. Would highly recommend Rick for his good standard of work and a fair price.

As well as my own I also build conservatories for Tyldesley windows, Bella vista garden rooms, signature windows and ultra developments but am also looking for other projects as this doesn't occupy me all year round. I carry out all work myself and only use trusted reccomend subcontractors where needed.

First Class. We wouldn't hesitate to use JD Building and Maintenance again. Jordan and his brother did a brilliant job. We've already asked for a quote for another job and recommended them to work colleagues. They started the job when they said they would and worked long hours to complete the task (early). They kept the site tidy throughout, interpreted and accommodated our changing requirements even when we weren't exactly sure how to achieve what we wanted. Thank you Scott and his team for helping us to remove the french door and replace it with a wall and a window which were left uncompleted by the pervious builder. Within two days they finished the job without leaving a mess. They are very efficient and effective. The price is affordable. Scott did not ask us to pay any advance payments for the materials or project. We could pay after the job was done. That gave me more trust in hiring them again in the future.

They went the extra mile,took notice to any details and suggestions I had and importantly completed the job within the stipulated time.
