A brilliant service from Andy (and Billy) from start to finish. Andy came out before the job, to size and price up, which others weren’t prepared to do, was very open and honest about our options i.e. we needed to extend/open our chimney breast opening in order to have a burner fitted that would meet the demands we requested. Andy’s pricing was competitive and in our opinion excellent value for money when now sat here with the finished product and works completed. Andy arrived on time everyday and was excellent with his communication before and throughout the completion of the job. His attention to detail cannot be expressed enough in a review, and he was clean and tidy throughout the works, making sure to put everything back as it was at the end of each day. If your looking for an installer of a wood burner we couldn’t recommend Andy (and Billy) highly enough, his work is to an exceptional standard and his advice and aftercare also cannot be understated. Jimmy gave me what I considered to be a great estimate to remove a fireplace and hearth and then replaster the chimney breast. The job turned out to be far more complicated than anticipated but Jimmy did a fantastic job. He carried out hours of extra work repairing the laminate floor and a couple of other additional small jobs. When it came to payment, Jimmy asked for his original quoted price and I had to press him to take a few quid extra. Punctual and cheerful, Jimmy's skill set as a builder is vast and in addition his advice on the the most cost effective solutions was brilliant. We had or fire place fitted today. I must say that the guys were amazing from start to finish. He came out to look at the space we had to see if the job was possible and then gave us a date to fit it right away which was only a short time 2 weeks. They came punctual and did an amazing job. They left the place very clean they even mopped my floor. It looks really amazing and I’m really happy with it.
