Anthony was very fast in responding to my problem with my burglary house alarm on my builder.com and could not of asked for any one better. He arrived on the same day of my query and at the time stated. He was very informative and offered me a couple of options to solve the problem. Anthony is very professional and very easy to talk to. He certainly has the knowledge regarding alarms, and this showed with the confidence and the way he worked. Even what he charged was very reasonable and I was very pleased as I expected it to be a lot more. I would highly recommend Anthony and I would certainly use him again. Work was to replace a Videx intercom supplied by me. From the experience it was clear that Abdulla or his teammates are not having the right experience or expertise to take up such an installation. Work was not completed but the payment was requested to a level of bullying. It was a classic sign of a rogue trader, Please be aware. After the installation intercom was not ringing and gate was not opening from the intercom button nor through the number pad . There was another switch internally to control the gates, which was also not working.
