He ensures everything is done to a very high standard. He quotes accurately and his costs are reasonable. The breaking down and finishing of the wall between our kitchen and dining room makes our home looks great! He has good suggestions which we did not think about and which enhances the effect. We are really delighted with the quality, the speed and the aesthetics of the work that Paul has done for us. We will be asking Paul to come in to work on many other refurbishments to our home.

Overall, a shocking experience. Our project started off well, but it didn’t take long for issues to arise leading to 12 months of utter chaos. Stages were not completed by agreed dates, he started not turning up, quality of work started deteriorating, subcontractors ended up contacting us direct as they had not been paid/had payment concerns…. the list goes on!! Once we started to raise our concerns things got worse. Ross did not take any ownership for the issues and chose to continuously blame us instead and caused us considerable amounts of stress noting the size and value of the project. Ultimately, we were left in the position of having to complete our project ourselves and rectify multiple issues/non compliances highlighted by building control for which Ross was aware and chose to ignore. Note: We hired Ross under his previous company “Goulding Developments”.
