Rating: 3 out of 5 354 reviewsGet in touchWe used Matthew and his team for our extension, after running over and terrible miss management of finances, Matthew decided he didn't want to continue with the project anymore. Leaving us with holes in roof, incorrect materials used (from multiple builders we are now getting quotes to finish his job), thousands of pounds lost to materials paid for but not delivered. The chap has wound up a business before and I expect will do so again and retrade under same name 12 months later. We had trades contact us regularly and even now that they haven't been paid by him or taxes paid for work they had done. I would strongly recommend not using this guy and Matt get out of the building trade before you do some damage or hurt someone with your lack of attention to detail and bad building practices. A few photos attached of some of the poor workmanship left over.

Get in touchI cannot recommend Nick and his team highly enough. They have been absolutely amazing throughout our extension. They’ve just completed a double side extension, with a rear single extension and totally reconfigured our upstairs by moving the staircase. They were respectful of our house and neighbours throughout the build and the site was always clean and tidy. You can clearly see that Nick thrives off a good reputation. He kept us informed throughout the build and was quick to problem solve any issues that arose without any fuss. They worked tirelessly to complete on time, working long hours towards the end. I have heard so many horror stories from people about builders still working on their extensions months after the agreed completion date or just not showing up for days at a time. Nick and the guys are the complete opposite they were there 8am every morning. The build has honestly been surprisingly stress free. I am amazed at how quickly they completed our project and to such a high standard. I would recommend Nick and the team to anyone who is looking at building an extension. From the start Nathan was clear about costs, timescales and what could be done. He provided a quote with payment plan so it was clear what we had to pay and when Nathan keeps in constant communication with us and answers any questions we have. It has been a very long project (started 2/01/2024) and we have experienced -7 weather, rain storms and hail but he has been constantly working to get it done. Between him and Ben they have absolutely smashed the project and the extra people he has hired (plumber. electrician etc) have been just as good.
