Ali and I had discussed the job beforehand, I had sent him pictures. We arranged a date and time and Ali was there on the dot. His approach to the job was extremely diligent and professional. The job involved quite a bit more than originally anticipated, but he just cracked on and did the extra that was required and didn’t up his price. All this without any bother. He’s a lovely man, he’s fantastic at what he does and we have already asked him to come back and do more for us. Highly recommended. The upstairs windows are now draught-free, small window replaced and all new handles, a couple of hinges and locking also replaced. All the windows were cleaned inside and out. There was a slight hitch but was easily overcome with Justin's great work ethic and a smile. Because I needed the job done promptly after the refurbishment works had completed, he worked over a weekend and did the painting in the two days as quoted. Tim has done a great job on our flat. He completely re-fitted a kitchen and shower room to a very high standard. Despite many setbacks and delays caused by the kitchen supplier, he came up with solutions in order to get the job done affording me confidence in his work. Honest and trustworthy, Tim offered suggestions as appropriate, and often went out of his way to complete a task, for example, to receive deliveries after hours. His team were always cheerful and reassuring and cleaned up on completion. The work is of high quality with attention to detail and Tim continues to provide an after service.
