Since moving here six years ago we have had a real problem finding contractors in the building world that that can be relied on and it was because of feedback left on this site we chose Charlie Hale to quote for this work and we couldn't be more pleased with the job, always arrived when he promised he would, carried out the work without fuss, we initially considered rendering this wall but am now very glad we didn't as it now looks a real feature of the house so impressed that we have requested an estimate for further work, many thanks.

Jordan did a fantastic and very neat job setting our stone house name into Victorian brickwork over our front door..he then helped cutting some original Victorian floor tiles which was not part of the main job..nothing was too much trouble for him..a very friendly guy and would definitely recommend his expertise in stone masonry to others..

I cannot praise Glenn highly enough. Before quoting for the project, Glenn asked all the right questions, brought along samples, planned the schedule, let us know how he would proceed and how it would fit into other work. Glenn kept us up to date on things when weather intervened and the finished result is perfect. After each day, Glenn took extra trouble to clear up any mess and left the site spotless even bringing some grass seed to make good a small area where he had left a wheelbarrow and supplies. We would recommend this builder without reserve.

I was really happy with how quickly the process went from discussions and an initial walk around of the property to completion. Kevin did a good job, and the gable end of my house, which had been neglected for many years and was in poor repair, is now looking very smart. He finished the job more quickly than he expected, and reduced the bill accordingly. He also fixed a couple of roof slates which had slipped out of position, which was not part of the job.

Andy and his team at Lime Masonry did a great job for us, repointing a well-weathered Victorian brick wall (including replacing a number of bricks that had become badly spalled. The scope included arranging the scaffolding needed and removing all debris from the site.
