Appointing Jon Cluley Building Services to build our porch/ utility room extension was the best move we could have made. A competitive quotation followed by work which paid attention to all aspects of the build. Always on time, always advised if he would be a bit later than normal. So pleased with initial build that we added a new sandstone patio and raised bed which was done with the same attention to detail and at a price very acceptable to us. Would highly recommend.. Ivor and his team did a fantastic job of rebuilding a garden retaining wall. He kept us informed throughout the work, and gave us advice on the options when unforseen problems arose. Very professional, and good work all round. Would definitely recommend Ivor for work, in fact we have had quotes for two other jobs we may need completing. Highly recommended.

On budget. On schedule. Resulting in a stunning kitchen extension built by two delightful, highly skilled, creative, flexible, resourceful craftsmen who were open to incorporating ideas as they worked. We were impressed from the outset by the extremely detailed quote that was presented to us by Richard and Ian which included a complete breakdown of all materials and labour, almost to every nail and screw. It gave us the confidence to know there would be no nasty surprises along the way. Working to our plans, they dealt with any obstacles that they encountered during the build by suggesting clever, practical solutions, always mindful of our vision. Work began on the agreed day and both Richard and Ian came every day without fail until completion. We could tell from the outset that they took immense pride in their work and constantly checked that we were happy with the quality and progress. For such a large extension, they managed to keep disruption to an absolute minimum and impressed everyone with an incredibly clean and tidy site. We are thrilled with our new space and everyone loves it. We cannot thank Richard and Ian enough for their hard work and professionalism. We actually enjoyed the experience and really missed them when the work was completed, they became part of our family! We cannot recommend them more highly and consider ourselves very fortunate to have found them.

Julian is a genuine person and a highly recommended builder.The price he quotes is the price you pay, the timescale he gives you is spot on , weather permitting.His pricing is very competitive without compromising on quality. Thanks to Julian and his team I now have a well built, beautiful double garage along with a new dormer in one of the bedrooms carried out as an extra job by other members of his team. Steve did an excellent job of making a new door frame and hanging the new back door. Reasonable cost and friendly service. We had a slight problem with the lock and he returned in less than 24 hours to sort it out, great service, would definitely use again.
