Just want to take the time to say a big thank you to Carl for the new garage at my mom and dad’s house. I made it clear that I had a lot of problems with previous builders and he has definitely restored my faith. Carl turned up between 7-8am every day and gave me updates on progress. Ordered material when needed and also tried to save my parents money when he could. A truly excellent service delivered by Graham / Dan & Team completing our downstairs extension. We couldn't be happier with the final product! From start to finish, the level of customer service was exemplary, moving from agreeing the quote to beginning on site, to finishing off every last detail to our exacting standards! What I found most impressive was the care and attention to detail throughout the whole process, ensuring that all supporting services from plumbing to plastering to joinery were all coordinated seamlessly which meant the build cracked on at speed, and the inevitable disruption caused by undertaking such a comprehensive building project with young children in the house was kept to an absolute minimum. Dan & Graham are always on hand to deal with any queries and go above and beyond to provide an exceptional level of customer service. Thomas and Forest completed our kitchen renovation in December 2022. The work involved the demolition of a block wall separating a kitchen and dining rooms to create an open plan room, new flooring, all new kitchen and worktop, radiator and internal door changes and the installation of two roof lights to existing extension roof, plus full reroof on the extension due to existing membranes reaching the end of their life. All works were done to a very high standard, done quickly, and great communication throughout. We kept adding extra works to the project but this was not a problem for Matthew and Danny. The kitchen is the second major works we have employed T&F for us and we would highly recommend them.

Detached bungalow loft conversion, with dormer and hip to gable conversion. I can honestly say Lee was great. All work was completed on time and to budget. He offered advice on what we could achieve before we appointed him to do the work, he filled me with confidence. Lee worked hard daily and what we thought would be a messy job was completed with the absolute minimum of fuss and upheaval. The finished job is outstanding and has drawn many comments on how good it is and what a high standard it is. I would recommend Lee to anyone wanting a loft conversion.

Nick and his team did an amazing job! Initially we were looking for someone to only build a secret bookshelf but when he arrived we found out that he does pretty much everything so we asked him to complete more jobs around the new house, for example my husbands man cave in the cellar, a custom dog washing area (which has been SO helpful after muddy dog walks), remove built in shelves and replace them, and pretty much anything else that needed updating in our new house. Nick did an amazing job, the finish looks so professional, fits in with our house theme annd palette, and he was always so friendly and cheerful. I’m mostly happy about my secret bookshelf! It looks amazing and everyone who’s seen it is blown away by how cool it is! We will definitely be using Nick for any future builds from now on.

Sid was a polite guy. Did a great job at laying the parquet floor. We then had thresholds fitted and he was rushed to get to another job, they were not fixed correctly. I asked several times via phone calls and texts if he could come back and finish the job. He said he would contact me and the call never came. I told him my little boy had cut his foot on the threshold that needed fixing. Nothing. Radio silence. December to date no contact. Steer clear he clearly cannot manage a job and finish it to the end.

My wife and I embarked on a 38sqm extension in March 2015. It included 3 steel beams, with 1 across the entire back of the property. The existing kitchen and dining room was extended, including a new room and bathroom. We entered the project with a degree of uncertainty. I was keen to choose a professional, trustworthy builder thus avoiding arguments and miscommunications. We met John twice. We were impressed by his easy manner, past experience, professional knowledge, reasonable price and equally, his excellent reviews. The project started in March 2015. John was present throughout. He volunteered updates, left the site clean and made the process as comfortable as possible. No easy feat, as we were still residing at the address with children. The project finished within the time scale and on a happy note. Other than the obvious bias of my wife and I, who are extremely pleased with the finished project, we equally receive constant compliments from others more neutrally regarded. Those that visit are complementary about the scale of the extension and its impressive finish. The attention to detail and high quality finish that I hoped for, is present throughout. If your home is your greatest asset, leaving it in the hands of someone else demands a great deal of trust and a jump into the unknown. Based on my personal experience, I am pleased that our instinct was vindicated. Entrusting our project to John Bedford, proved to be the best decision of all.
