When he with the other two fitters came in the morning they first of all took neighbours driveway space to trim the large piece of the carpet without asking for their permission. Then after I asked them to make seemless thresholds they gave me quite the opposite result which forced me to make the quick decision to put the door plates which I never liked but had to compromise. Then they had put nails in these door plates without securing them and nails easily came out. Lawrence sorted this out on the next day. I kept noticing that there was something different with that carpet. It was too light and looked different in texture. I asked Lawrence to provide me the invoice of his order to prove me that it was the right carpet. But he literally forced me to make a payment before that and reassured me that he will do it next day. One month later, after my two reminders I had no response from him.
