Joe was very friendly and came and gave us a quote in January - we agreed to go ahead and were very disappointed that a week before he was due to start in April he stopped replying to any messages. He has let us down at the last moment meaning there is not time to find a replacement to do the job at the required time.

Bryan visited my house to assess the issue on the day that I posted the job on MyBuilder. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and put me at ease. He provided a price the following day, and was able to carry out the work the following week. The two operatives that attended to carry out the work were polite and thorough, and ensured the work was carried out to a high standard. They talked me through what they'd done and answered any questions I had. Finally they cleaned up and took all mess away with them. I would highly recommend Bryan and his team for any damp/building issues you have.
