Martin is a skilled worker, that virtually did every aspect of our two storey building extension by himself. He was involved from foundation, brick laying, roofing, steel and the interior works. He is committed to excellence in his work and cares about his reputation. He is trustworthy, as we had to leave for holiday while the work was ongoing, with everything intact when we came back. There was a slip on completion schedule, but we managed to work together to ensure the work was satisfactorily completed.

Ian and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They came in with the cheapest quote but the standard of work was of top quality. We were so lucky to find a good builder who does as he says and never tried to rip us off with any hidden costs etc.., We had an upstairs extension built and a garage conversion which was all finished ON TIME (we have heard of builders who's jobs go over schedule by months - Ian told us from the start what day the job would be finished by and he was true to his word) Ian dealt with the building regulations people for us and everything was passed first time round. Ian and his team are professional and friendly, I recommend IMS Building to anyone looking for a trustworthy/affordable building company.

Joe did a fantastic job for us raising our front garden wall. He came out to quote to understand what we wanted and matched the bricks perfectly for us within our budget and supported with the delivery of the bricks. Most of all turned up when he said he would and worked hard. He cleaned up after each day. This is the first time I’ve used the my builder app and with Joe. He’s a lovely young man who just cracks on and gets the job done. I will be using Joe again.

We were really happy with our experience with YBF Pearson. The project was a single storey extension, and Rod project-managed it all from start to finish. He was always on top of what was going on, and communicated to us at every stage. We've never done anything like this before and so we didn't know what to expect, but we were really kept in the picture and were able to direct how we wanted things to be. The quality of the work is great, everything looks fantastic. We were able to have open discussions with Rod about budget and he was clear about what we could achieve for what we were willing to spend, and there were no unexpected costs or bumps in the road. Rod is a pleasure to deal with and overall we have come away really happy.
