We used kelvin and Brandon to complete a conversion of a carport/garage into a Wet room, bedroom, utility, kitchen resize and the construction of a new porch. We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by them. They handled the whole job professionally, tidily and completed almost everything themselves from groundwork’s right up to carpentry, electrics, plumbing etc with high attention to detail. Kelvin was very good at explaining everything daily and was always happy to give advice on some parts of the project we completed ourselves. We would very much recommend Hawksure developments.

Spent ages checking out reviews, websites and who to hire but I'm glad I hired Shane. Attention to detail is fantastic, work ethic phenomenal. Managed to squeeze me in around other projects, even working till 8pm one night and the quality didnt suffer. Communication throughout was excellent and I couldnt be happier with my kitchen. Marin provided a competitive quote for our building work. This included partial demolition of an old 1980s flat-roof extension, construction of an additional area, and a number of openings being made to remodel our kitchen and dining room. As part of the work we also had underfloor heating installed, flooring, and a kitchen fitted. We were initially impressed with the detail of the quote and the clear breakdown of pricing and payments. This included a Gantt chart to show expected progress. We also liked the fact that there was a relatively small deposit to be paid upfront, which was a contrast to some of the other builders we had contacted. The weekly payment schedule set in the quote seemed fair for both us and Marin, with the cost of the work spread over the expected duration. Every week there was progress, and we therefore felt comfortable paying each installment. The total cost for the work was exactly as quoted. Marin managed the team of builders throughout the project and we have been very pleased with the quality of the work. There were lots of details that I thought would be problems, however, Marin and the team are very experienced and able to problem solve any issues. Marin also managed the building control inspections to ensure that the construction was as per the approved drawings. We are very happy with the end result and would have no hesitation using Marin again for any future work.
