No rating. Be careful of him. We were really unhappy with him. We had agreed on a price. He had made a leak in the radiator, left tenants without heating and hot water. I had to get my own engineer. We paid him and he left the job uncomplicated. Tenants without a kitchen, no gas no water. Really unhappy.

Dylan, Stu and their team are a lovely bunch of people. They completed our rear extension shell in a very timely manner and made sure everything was finished neatly. Their prices were competitive and we were impressed how quickly they got through big tasks. James is a great guy. Very tidy and considerate, he takes care in his work and took into consideration the fact he was working on our home. His communication on occasions could have been better but he was called away to work on emergency repairs due to storm damage, as I beleive he does insurance work. When we had some snags he was happy to do those straight away. We will be calling him again when funds allow as his standard of work is good. We had previously had builders who had ripped us off and he was aware of that fact so took a gentle approach to the work he was carrying out and explained the steps he was going to take before each stage. He is not in a rush to get paid as he still has not given us his final bill. I trust it will be close to his initial estimate, which we received as a well laid out and clearly explained set of jobs with individual payments clearly prescribed. (our previous builder had his hand out at the end of every week for payment this feels like a more honest client builder relationship) he still has one additional job to complete in addition to the original brief.

Clifford came to quote for the job the same day as we shortlisted him, gave us a really good quote. Even drove to Birmingham to collect the parts we needed as there were none in stock in our area and did this without asking for more money. He was punctual, arrived when he said he would, very polite and professional. Did the job to a high standard, and cleaned up after himself. We are that impressed with his work we are getting him back to quote us for more work on the house, including our extension and composite decking. Made the experience of having a builder in really pleasant.
