We employed Phil (and Dave) to build a porch extension for us. Phil coverered all aspects of the work, from the initial chat to find out what we were after (there were no plans), to foundation digging, brick-laying, a bit of knocking through with insertion of the required lintels etc, to basic electrical and right through to plastering. All completed to a high standard and desigtned to fall within the remit of permitted development. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phil, and would put him top of our list of local builders if we required any further work completing, big or small. He is obviously a very experienced builder.

The work that he and his team completed was delivered to an excellent standard but on top of the first rate workmanship Adam’s communication with us was great throughout. He helped to guide us through the process and practicalities of doing a big extension with understanding and patience which, for first time renovators, was invaluable.
