Andy built a large single story extension at the back of our house in 2013. It is a contemporary design with two sets of large bi-fold doors, two roof lights with a modern rubber roof and zinc fascia. The work included laying a new patio and tiling inside also. A number of internal walls had to be removed so quite a complex job. This is the fourth project that Andy has completed on our house - prior works were bedroom and office extensions, wall removal in kitchen and exterior retaining wall. I have always been delighted with Andy's work hence using him for all of our projects on this house. He is very skilled, sets very high standards for both himself and any trades he brings in, has an amazing work ethic and is a builder that you can trust. I am more than happy to be a reference for Andy.

A fantastic transformation undertaken by JD Driveways creating a sand bounded resin driveway for me. I also engaged JD Driveways to do the same finish on my side garden path and patio and I am delighted at the stunning effect. Joe is an extremely hardworking and trustworthy craftsman who has put the WOW factor to my house, such is the beauty of the intricate work he did which involved two flowerbeds and three drain covers on the front, as well as rebuilding a large pillar at the front. Joe and his team were very diligent and thorough and I am delighted that I selected JD Driveways. I have since asked Joe to sand pave the back garden path too. Joe even came round today to move a very heavy flowerpot for me with one of his team… such is his character. I would highly recommend JD Driveways for any further building work.

Helping resin companys all South & London. Started in 2013 in 2014 we started laying 50mm resin bases in ower driveways. Then 20mm top. Ower drives 100% porous. We put mebrain down after 10 to 12 inch dig out. Crushed hard core smaller than half brick. Goes back down. Then compacketed. We lay another mebrain down. 50 to 60mm of 10mm limestone or granit. Mixed resin. laying a UV protected aggregate to ensure very stong bond.
