He very quickly assessed the walls in question for damp and ascertained there was no damp to worry about and that is was an old house and that the levels were attributed to this. Visited my tenant to investigate a damp problem, diagnosed it and arranged a mutually convenient time with the tenant to carry out the necessary repair works, all the time keeping me fully informed. Vince then sent me pictures of the work at various stages and best of all left the house clean so that my tenant was happy. I was very busy and other than paying, didn't need to be involved at all so that was great. Thank you Vince. Pete made contact and we met so he could talk through the extension. He was immediately interested and keen which we hadn't experienced with others. He was friendly and knowledgeable which we liked. On the run up to starting he was always on hand for advice which we appreciated greatly. We visited the job he was doing on about 5 occasions from start to completion and the work was of a high standard and the client were happy with him and the team. Pete started our project on time and completed it efficiently and on budget. The big plusses for us were his organisation and work ethic, and his flexibility. We changed a few things as we went through and pete was always able to make things work for us. The end result far exceeded our expectations. I have already recommended him to neighbours and friends. Overall an honest, reliable and professional company. A pleasure to have around for 18weeks
