Visited my tenant to investigate a damp problem, diagnosed it and arranged a mutually convenient time with the tenant to carry out the necessary repair works, all the time keeping me fully informed. Vince then sent me pictures of the work at various stages and best of all left the house clean so that my tenant was happy. I was very busy and other than paying, didn't need to be involved at all so that was great. Thank you Vince. They kept us informed of their progress throughout. The quote was competitive. Callum was polite and gladly answered all of our questions. The job was completed in good time, leaving no mess. Callum was the only one who spotted that the chimney stack was contributing to the damp problem. The team fitted weep holes and used a chemical DPC, re-pointing the brickwork as required. The pointing was very neat. Internally callum took off only the necessary plaster, completing the work using the chemical DPC and covering membrane.
