Complete refurbishment of our kitchen, including taking everything back to the walls, knocking down a structural wall through to another room (giving us a huge open space), steels, fully plastering all walls, all electrics, plumbing of kitchen and all new radiators, level floor so that he could lay laminate throughout all the ground floor (+50 square metres), 2 doors and architrave, all skirting, as well as fully fitting our new Wren kitchen. Anthony is very particular with his finishes, listened to our suggestions, and we could not be any more pleased. He and his team have been outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone. Alfie was very attentive to our requests and created the new step which exceeded our expectations. New tarmac was laid to cover the space left by the original doorstep. All work was done on the same day. I was pleased that by the end of the work costs were exactly as expected with no additional costs. The best thing I found with Jason was the continuous communication we had. Jason would always update us with what he was doing, and was very quick to respond whenever we had questions. The work was done to a good standard so we are very pleased. The house looks brilliant. We found Jason to be very fair and honest. Should we purchase any other properties we will definitely be in touch again. Thank you!

However I asked him from early on to tell me earlier rather than later about going over the price limit he kept reassuring me that I didn’t owe him much. When I was told that I was 3000 pounds over I said that I had no money left to pay. He again reassured me that I could take as long as I wanted to pay him back and give him what I can monthly! The reno finished in September. In November he sent me a very unfriendly txt telling me that the monthly installment that I sent him was too low as he took out a loan it would take a long time to payback and he’s paying interest which I would have to pay!!! Really!!! Really Steve!!! I have txted back and rang you twice to get this sorted but you’re not responding. Why are you not responding Steve or Stephen? I’m kind of wondering.
