Visited my tenant to investigate a damp problem, diagnosed it and arranged a mutually convenient time with the tenant to carry out the necessary repair works, all the time keeping me fully informed. Vince then sent me pictures of the work at various stages and best of all left the house clean so that my tenant was happy. I was very busy and other than paying, didn't need to be involved at all so that was great. Thank you Vince.
