Very nice chap with a clear plan of how to fix the problem. The problem did not get fixed due to additional unforeseen issues which 'Vincent' understood and could also fix with additional work. He showed and explained a clear reason for the additional issues which were logical and evident so I engaged him for the additional work which he is currently carrying out. ASM Plumbing and Heating replaced our upstairs toilet on 24/1/2022. Aaron arranged a visit to quote for the works to be carried out during which he provided a clear plan ahead. The quote arrived within 24hrs. The job was completed the following week to my entire satisfaction. He kept me informed on the day as to the progress. The old toilet and accompanying debris was removed. The toilet was left clean and tidy. Aaron followed COVID regulations at all times. Would highly recommend for quality of work an value for money.

Daniel has carried out 2 jobs for me. The first was replacing the boiler and the second was installing a new sink and hob in the kitchen. Daniel was professional and carried out the work to a very high standard. He worked hard on both occasions to ensure the work was carried out within the time frame that he had stated. Installing the new boiler and replacing the old one was a big job but Daniel was happy to talk through what the work would entail. I liked how he spent time talking with me to understand what I wanted and ensured that he met my expectations. Many thanks to HG plumbing and heating for a swift and professional service. My hot water cylinder had issue and we had no hot water coming out of the taps, HG plumbing was quick to message me after I posted the job on my builder and came round to check the job, he immediately detected a faulty valve in the plumbing system and replaced it.
