I have run my own practice in Architecture since 2005, I work from home, a family man with three children. I also provide structural drawings and calculations, so a one stop shop on that front. Usually saving customers well over £1,000 typically on project drawings. I supply a detailed design spec on all projects to current building regulations, and where necessary detailed 1 in 5 scale drawings for more complicated elements. I have a number of reliable contractors I use regularly, any one of which I would have work on my own home. initial consultations are free of charge, I am happy to discuss your project and look at the overall scope and scale of the project. From there I will provide a detailed fee proposal for both design, planning submission if required, and a full construction package. As my client, you are under no obligation to instruct me for the construction stage after any planning application is successful, you are free to explore other options, of course. I am based in Warlingham, Surrey, prepared to travel within reason, but not to central London.
