Fully Fitted Kitchen & Appliances/Removal of Exterior wall - Install Steel/Plaster wall - Ceilings/New floor/Electrics Ian is a professional and has in-depth knowledge of all building aspects which makes it easy to discuss the project end to end including estimates and time lines which are always of the utmost interest to the me. I agreed the price after several other quotes and Ian got to work…. during the build phase we changed our mind a couple of times with ideas that presented themselves and Ian was always accommodating and offered his experience in doing things a certain way in collaboration with our good ideas we had!! Ian started when he said he would and continued with reliable forecasts even when the plans changed. After many months not a single snag has been raised but I know Ian would be back to investigate if it did, Pleasure to leave a positive review and if you would like photo’s of the works, just drop me a message.

Would recommend James's company. Had two stud walls from my apartment promptly removed within two weeks of initially getting the very reasonable quote for the job. After a minor issue with some electrics when the job was done, James came personally on a Saturday morning to fix it. Would use again.

I highly recommend Michael. He and his team are very experienced and capable of handling a wide range of jobs. Our project involved plastering, rewiring, plumbing, structural work, window fitting, kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting and various other jobs that Michael took in his stride. All the team are very friendly and approachable, happy to answer any questions. Michael also helped us to plan and manage our project and budget - maintaining a really good level of communication and dealing very confidently and professionally with a few unexpected nasty surprises that came out when we began to look behind old wallpaper. We've now moved in to the house and we're really happy with the quality of the work that's been done. Would definitely hire again. Massive thumbs up.

Adam was excellent with his work and consideration as not to disturb me due to health problems, always kept me informed as to times of arrival schedule of work etc . so there was never any problems, which is just how a business should be run! Adam and his team worked well to protect floors as they worked .. sometimes against the elements, everything was left tidy and clean throughout the work. The workmanship was absolutely spot on!! ended up with one problem which was a pane of glass had a crack in it and has been promptly replaced. A pleasure to have had such a good team of workmen doing the job for me top notch!! I will certainly recommend them and also be using them for any other projects I may have! Thank you !!

Tom was hired to fit a kitchen including appliances, tile the kitchen wall and floor, put wooden flooring in the lounge and complete tiling of a partially complete hallway. I must say Tom was excellent and professional throughout. His work ethic is second to none and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. After obtaining various quotes most tradesmen stated they would fit the kitchen only but needed a plan with measurements etc which I did not have and no tiling, leaving me to find separate people to deal with tiling, flooring etc. Needless to to say I was getting worried. Then along came Tom who was was able to deal with everything I required with minimal questions. He worked within the timescale stated and the budget agreed. He arrived on time working all day each day. He worked on his own without supervision, was very efficient, worked speedily, paying attention to detail and if there were any issues, which were only minor, they where dealt with quickly and easily. Nothing seemed difficult or complicated for him - Tom just got on with the job. He even sourced the wooden flooring, purchasing it saving me a job. He left the kitchen and lounge clean and tidy clearing up any mess made. I now have a fully fitted kitchen which is first class and top quality wooden flooring in the lounge and a complete hallway. Tom is very personable, easy to talk to and approachable. I would hire him again and would definitely recommend him. Thanks Tom.

Myles and Mike have done a fantastic job creating my new ceiling which incl plastering and lighting, and the other jobs i asked them to do - transforming our dated staircase with modern spindles and hand rail, making and fitting a cupboard over the boiler, and some much needed plastering in one of the bedrooms. Very friendly and hardworking guys. I've asked them to do another job in couple of weeks (removing blown plaster off wall and re-plastering). Very reasonable prices for all the work. I would not hesitate to recommend these two guys, and as i have a few more renovations to do, i will definitely be asking them to do the work.

BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT Lyons Joinery is simply the Bees Knees. Mike came round to assess the situation with the loft and within the first five minutes I know he was the one for the job. Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. I asked lots of questions and he reassured me with his answers. Believe me, I thought my loft space was unusable but how wrong was I. Mike and his work pal Nathan are so so amazing. From the design of the new must have staircase to those little finishing touches that are so important. I just cannot recommend these guys enough. They grafted non stop. It was a pleasure to come home to them. They have a great sense of humour, which I loved. Even when I wanted something changing a little,( a little something added) they were happy to do it without any complaints. When my cat decided to hide behind the newly built wall, they spent there time trying to coax her out. Just so caring and amazing. One of my daughters has autism, but told me that she felt comfortable with them in the house, which is massive. Thank you so much for being spot on. The price is extremely fair for todays market. You were everything and more that we wanted. 100% recommend. Will be finding more work for these guys to do. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

The work that Chris carried out surpassed my expectations. The handrails are finished to a high standard, and Chris fitted them very quickly as my dad was about to move in with us.
