Not only did he arrive promptly, but he also efficiently solved the issue in a timely manner. Did a great job of removing a radiator, cleaned up the pipes really neatly without too much impact on the wall. Really nice guy and explained everything he had done and checked all the other radiators and boiler were working well before he left.
