Selcuk was quick to get in touch and quick to provide a quote and start the work. He gave us a competitive quote, and was happy to take our views and requirements on board. His team were punctual, polite and hard working, arriving at 7.45 each morning and usually knocking off at six, and working on Saturdays and even one Sunday. Despite some initial teething problems over some of the supplies that were sourced, Sel was always flexible about solutions and even absorbed the additional cost of a change in the flooring. We felt that he pushed the timeline quite hard, which meant a few follow up visits to get the right finish, but the amount achieved in the few weeks was very impressive, and to be fair, there was additional work required when it was discovered that the ceiling also had to come down, which was quoted separately but added to the job list with no delays. There were no complaints from him or his team about the limited snagging list; everything was resolved with no fuss. We have worked with several builders on projects large and small and we would definitely say that Sel and his team are one of the two best, both of whom are head and shoulders over the rest. We have now asked him to provide a quote for a reasonably large extension, which reflects our satisfaction with his work, and we would happily recommend him to others. Unbelievably messy, left the kitchen floor covered in plaster and chips out of the laminate. Took a week of cleaning daily to get it to an acceptable standard but is still damaged. The plaster it self was very uneven, needed filling and sanding in lots of places. A very large crack remains under the stairs. The back door that they breeze blocked up for us was never rendered, despite this being included in the price. It is now open to the elements. Beading on one side of the stairs was removed during plastering. This was never replaced, as promised. They asked our electrician to leave the front of a socket off so they could plaster around it, they said they'd wire it back in but never did. We're now left with live wires hanging from the wall. When plastering they left huge gaps around the light switches which we have had to use filler to fill in. They promised numerous times to complete all the work and never did. The last we saw of them was in December 2015 and have seen nothing of them since.
