Get in touchDidn't give a height for the extension, drawing wasnt detailed enough for the builders and really annoyed my builders. Doesnt know what councils or building control require at times and gives answers like "I don't know" "Ask etc etc" - Imagine another professional like a doctor or lawyer giving these answers. I simply cannot fathom how someone can be in this profession when they can't do basics. Changes his terms midway through the contract too. I tried to be nice to him by being non confrontational but the more nice i am, the more he tries to take advantage. Get in touchIt took us a while to find the right builder and so glad we chose David Bray (Brayfields). We had some struggles with engineering and design and David came up with much better solutions. His trades were overall really friendly and David resolved any issues that came up. David went above and beyond and was very fair around pricing when normal changes came along. We has built us the house we dreamed of and it great to work with someone with years of experience who knew the solutions to any problems that came up. David's quoting and billing process was very detailed and always accurate. The work is have been doing consists of: - Weeding - Lawn mowing - Shaping hedges - Dead-heading flowers I'm honest, hardworking and pretty friendly. For each job, I work continuously to make good use of the time that has been agreed on.
