My original plan was to have the coping tiles removed and then relayed. The reason was the slate wall had bowed and didn't look attractive. Mark took one look and said it needs rebuilding. Building with uneven slate bricks takes real skill. What to do? With a very reasonable quote it was logical to go ahead. Mark and his son rebuilt the wall and it exceeded all my expectations. To my relief, the team responded promptly and efficiently. They were at my property the following morning, assessing the situation and providing a complete quote on the spot. This quick response averted a lot of stress as I only had to take one day off work. The work itself was top-notch, with the rubble and steps removed down to the wall footing, and the concrete block double skin wall reinstated with pier caps as I specified. The team's speed was impressive, they completed the project with excellent quality in no time. Their polite, hardworking, and friendly nature made the experience even better. The outcome of the wall was superb, it looks well beautiful, has given life to the garden. He is a professional at best and very clean. Most of all the pricing is spot on, will not charge you a extra penny for anything like other builders do.
