Latest review:Conversions - General-Great experience from start to finish, from Andy and Bob, with all work completed in a good timescale and to a really good standard. All other trades that were utilised on the renovation also delivered quality work. Just as importantly I guess, it was delivered to the original budget, with the only exception being the items that we requested to be added along the way, but each time it was made clear if it would be at additional cost and what that additional cost would be. Very pleased with the final results, and definitely recommend these guys, and would absolutely (and plan to) use these guys again.

Really happy with the end result. There were plenty of hiccups along the way (including an unexpected sewer and changes to planning regulations), but having a defined payment schedule for the expected work helped keep on top of finances. The only avoidable issue we had was the slightly chaotic nature of the work schedule, which made it difficult to work out when to order necessary items such as our kitchen and flooring. Again, we are extremely happy with the end result and Andy made sure we got what we really wanted, including a living roof which turned out to be much more complicated than everyone expected! Our bigger, better, greener home is life changing.
