Get in touchWe wanted to change the bathroom to a wet room. Jordan listened to all the needs we had to enable the use to be suitable for my 87 year old mother. The final out come was a fully tiled and adaptable wet room. Jordan was very helpful and very understanding. The area was always kept clear to allow access as needed. A very professional job and I would highly recommend him. Fabulous outcome. Jordan was always there when he said he would be and always kept us up to date with any changesLatest review:Bathroom Fitting- - Get in touchAbsolute awful job. The boxing in was terrible. He used thick black screws which were left proud & also split the wood. There were gaps & toilet was wobbly. He did come back & rather than refund he insisted on doing the job again. The boxing in was better but for days there was a nasty smell and damp patch on the wood. I had to get a plumber in. The leak was coming from the flexihose attached to the water pipe! The smell was because he had not fitted the rubber seal around the pan connector so I had an open sewer drain in my bathroom. The toilet was wobbly because he did not screw it down properly to the floor. I messaged him but he ignored me. After a few days I phoned him but he would not answer. Finally he answered. I explained the above problems and asked for a partial refund even though all of the job was terrible. He refused & then started to get nasty. He then put the phone down on me. I'm nearly 80 and feel so ashamed that I allowed this man to take my money.

In the end paid for a day and a half labour when only 8 hours was completed. Completely over charged. Products not sourced in advance when paid up front, 5 hours lost looking at full labour rate,2 hours looking for a shower head when shop is 10 minutes away. Return trip was required to fix a leak after the work was completed. Tried to raise issues above from a customer service point of view and just wasn’t interested.
