Home extension completed by Mick, & we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From the very beginning, Mick was professional, approachable, & incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and offered brilliant advice along the way. One of the things that really stood out was Mick’s practical and creative ideas some of his suggestions actually saved us money without compromising on quality or design, which we really appreciated. The quality of the work is excellent everything was completed to a high standard, & the attention to detail really shows. Mick & his team were reliable, punctual, & kept the site tidy throughout the project, which made the whole experience so much easier for us. I contacted Ethan Nov18 we wanted our basement converted. He seemed like a trust worthy man that had experience and knowledge, we put our faith in him to do the job! below why this is a negative review; 1. We payed £4000 upfront for him to buy the materials but the materials where purchased personally by the tradesman who told us they did not know Ethan (Ethan told us he had a team of tradesmen within his company) 2. He promised us he would over see the whole job, but he only spent a total of 20 hours at our home in the space of 2 months using excuse after excuse as to why he could not come. (we both lost money from taking time off work to meet him at the house) 3. Ethan finally came to knock down a wall. Once it was down he unbelievably told me " I have knocked the wall down, hope its not a supporting wall, we will just see how the house settles" ! we then had to get a surveyor ourselves to come and check that it was not a supporting wall as Ethan would not answer his phone! luckily it was not. 4. Its a shame we cant put pictures on here of the poor quality of work he has done. In regards to the floor which he "levelled" and "damp proofed" ( floor was wet to touch) and he used insulation that was meant for a shed, the carpet fitters refused to lay over it and we lost our deposit. There is so much more i could say,the work is not done and we have not heard from Ethan regarding rectifying the work after messaging and calling him. He is a liar and should not be trusted!

I would highly recommend Charlie and his team to everyone. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of their work. They are all extremely polite and hard working. They built me a stone wall at the end of my patio, with pillars and steps leading down to my garden. Plus a small ornamental stone boarder wall for my flower beds. I think it looks lovely and has vastly improved the look of my garden. Phase 2 will be to finish off the patio and AstroTurf.
