His communication was excellent including being very clear on price and what I would be getting for this, explaining things where needed, and providing advice on best practice. I chose not to take some of his advice as I wanted to keep costs down and he was absolutely fine with my decision and there was no pushy-ness at all. He also turned up when he said he would. All this was at a very reasonable price, especially for a qualified plumber. I can’t rate him highly enough. I’ve had some nightmares in the past with trades trying to rip me off (I think partially due to being female) but Michael is straight down the line, I can’t rate him highly enough and would 100% recommend him. Response to job posted was quick and plumber was able to attend within timescale required. Robin was efficient and skilled. Identified the problem and although the part wasn't available for two days was able to strip down the valve, checked and sealed it and put back together and tested it ok.
