Also spent a lot of time doing woodwork which I had specifically asked him not to do. Will not be using Roger Beaufort again and cannot recommend him. Found further issues with water heater and have had my complaints ignored and has not been prepared to prioritise rectifying the issue. I have found Roger to be truely awful. Has completely failed to do the job I wanted. Don't waste your money on this cowboy like i did. Update: Very poor response from Roger following my complaint. Shoddy work on compression joints which had to be redone. He initially quoted for a 10L water heater, I asked if the instantaneous water heater could be fitted instead, he replied that would not be a problem provided and expansion vessel, so I said let's go ahead with that then. I also carry out all my own tiling work and minor electrical work relative to the job ( heating controls etc ) I fit bathrooms and kitchens and anything else plumbing related , I can offer a fully completed kitchen or bathroom to include any joinery and decoration .

He was very personable and professional and fixed the problem quickly, taking the time to explain how I could do this myself next time if the same problem happens on a different radiator, and advised me on some other jobs I need to do.
