Delighted with the refurbishment of the flat. Great communication, very flexible and helpful, and really high standard of work. Stefan also made some very helpful suggestions during the planning stages that improved the overall end result. Everything was very professional and on time, and we felt that the refurbishment was in very capable hands. This was not the cheapest quote we were offered but it was competitive. It was certainly the highest quality and most comprehensive quote we received, and everything stayed within budget. We were not living in the flat for the majority of the time it was being refurbished, but all the workers we met on our brief visits were great, and it was beautifully clean when we went to do the final handover. Aran was accommodating and fitted in to our arrangements in terms of dates and this worked well. He is enthusiastic and very personable as is his father, who assisted on the job. The loft was boarded and a new loft hatch and ladder installed. We are very professional committed company
Gave an initial quote at mybuilder for £1325. Went to his shop to discuss the requirement, quoted £1500 for the entire work. 2 weeks later as discussed, came and completed the job, but started asking for £1750 despite the fact nothing additional was done rather they left the boiler cabinet undone. When I said I can only pay £1500 as discussed he abused me to no end. Needless to say, I would never recommend them to anyone. Work quality: Did not do the boiler cabinet (picture attached, grey carpet is new installation, beige is old). Left the entire rubbish of installation in the rooms. Took me 2 hours to vaccum and clean everything. Additionally, now two months in and the floor creaks more than earlier because of how they fit the carpet. At least I got new carpets, but got abuse for free. Thanks for the unpleasant experience to make me understand how to deal with traders.

While laying vinyl for me this man informed me that he knew someone I went to college with but refused to tell me who. Sadly he didn’t have the same discretion while discussing me (a potential client) with his friends before taking the job. He told me my new house was in a bad area and asked how much I paid for it. Stupidly I told him. He no doubt ran back to his friend to tell them. Of course what I should have said was it’s none of his business and he was highly unprofessional.
