Most of my experience has come from renovating properties that require full modernisation and ongoing maintenance call-outs. Modernisation often requires solutions to mould, ventilation, power, heating and kitchens/bathrooms in need of replacement. Ongoing maintenance work is always varied. I pride myself on quality, detail and using best in class materials. I will always be clear when a job is outside of my skill set and make recommendations where possible. My goal is to offer a great service at a great price. For small maintenance jobs requiring up to one hour labour, charge would be £65 plus costs, up to two hours £95 plus costs.
