Hi, I have been working in the building trade for 27 years now. I was registered with NHBC from 2001 until 2018, with no issues. I decided to change to Build Zone for property warranties after that. I won a 4 year tender for Dorset County Council doing their general maintenance jobs. I’ve done many new build properties and extensions, barn conversions etc over the years. Four years ago I went into partnership with a close friend. Since then we have built 3 new builds, conversions and completed numerous small jobs. We have a large portfolio of work we have carried out and we also do maintenance of properties. Between the two of us, we can do most things in the building trade and we have trusted contractors that we use.
