I cannot criticise 3 of 4 parts of the job. The blockwork , girders and roof timbering were all satisfactory. However, the roof cover is dreadful with many faults and compounded by immense condensation with the advent of the colder weather. The space covered is of no use . Therefore, Avoid++

Kristian has completed various trade jobs for me over the last couple of weeks. Tge first job being the changing of roof tiles to the rear of the property where the work carried out was done efficiently with no water issues resulting after completion. Kristian carried out electrical works in the kitchen and bathroom and where a larger job was expected Kristians professionalism noted a much lighter world load needed giving a quicker turnaround and lower price than expected. Kristian carried out carpentry work fitting timber frame units into my mobile coffee shop, matching the current unit fitted with a sleek and solid look on completion.
