Get in touchVery disappointed with this company the only reason I use them is because they could fit me in before Christmas and I was having work done at the time so we could have all the work done before Christmas. I agreed a price to have my back windows and back door done first And then a front door done at a later date I was told of the price would be fixed. So I agreed to have the work done and to be honest it fellas who did the job were very polite and good too so I let them do the work and they said he would come back and finish the job when I had the door fitted, so I agreed to this And paid for this work in full as the salesman had asked. So after everything was finished, I contacted the salesman about having my door fitted. He came down and measured it again and told me there would be no problem and he would get back to me with a price which we had already agreed on, but when I rang him about the door, he told me because I wanted a pad handle it was gonna cost me another £460 on top of the price here agreed which I found very strange so I said I would think about it with that. I went on the Internet to look for myself and the actual pad handle itself would cost about £20 more if that so I don’t think I will be using this company again. We have also discovered that these windows are not the best and we have drafts coming in from the door and Windows and our window shelves are not completed. So I will not be using or recommending this company to anyone the sad thing is the salesman told me if I look after him he will look after me. Well I can’t see much of this going on.
